Fridge Logistics Coordinator

Position Overview:
The Fridge Logistics Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing the transportation of Farmer's Fridges and related technology assets across the country. This role will be focused on ensuring that assets are delivered to key markets in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining the integrity of the products in transit. You’ll work closely with third-party logistics providers, internal teams, and client partners to ensure that assets are handled with the utmost care.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to take a constructive approach to holding third-party partners accountable for their performance, especially regarding asset care and damage prevention.
Key Responsibilities
- Badging Management
- Oversee the badging process for non-Amazon locations (+ Amazon Locations in the future) and Airports, ensuring all necessary credentials are in place for asset/personnel access for initial installation as well as ongoing operation/stocking/maintenance of the Fridge portfolio
- Install Orchestration
- Coordinate the installation and setup of Farmer's Fridges across various locations, working with internal and external teams to ensure timely execution
- Internal stakeholders
- First Mile - Coordinate with Sales, Sales Operations, and the Centralized Warehouse Operation to ensure assets are available in timely manner given the upcoming install pipeline/backlog
- External stakeholders (Planes, Move-it)
- Middle Mile / Final Mile - Coordinating with our 3Ps to both move/transfer components around the country to maintain the install pipeline / backlog as well as ensure final mile delivery at the end client
- Fridge Versions (NSF, 2.0, and 3.0) - Actively manage Fridge portfolio, clearly communicating with all 3Ps details of specific moves

- External stakeholders (Client)
- Survey and manage the client ensuring smooth install operations (client intake, day of management, etc)
- Internal stakeholders
- Coordinate the installation and setup of Farmer's Fridges across various locations, working with internal and external teams to ensure timely execution
- Moves / Removals
- Oversee the logistics of moves, removals, and market transfers of Fridges and related components, ensuring smooth transitions between installed locations
- Coordinate and oversee market transfers of Fridges and associated components, ensuring efficient operations and minimal disruptions across the supply chain
- Systems Maintenance and Management
- SF, CMS, EMaint, Loginext
- Maintain and manage logistics and tracking systems, including Salesforce, CMS, and EMaint, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of asset movement / installation
- SF, CMS, EMaint, Loginext
- Vendor Registration / Admin
- Stay in touch with Sales Operations requirements of vendor registration and administrative tasks (COIs, Union Labor, Electrical, Site Specific Regulatory or DoH requirements), and how these components may affect Fridge movements or other activity
- Vendor Relationship Management / Performance Monitoring
- Ensure vendors are regularly informed of expectations around service levels and asset care, fostering open lines of communication to resolve any potential problems quickly and effectively
- Prepare vendors for the fragility of certain assets, setting expectations around best practices for handling and protecting equipment during transit.
- Track and investigate any damage to assets, collaborating with vendors to understand the root cause and ensure that future shipments are more carefully managed.
Who You Are…
- 5+ years of combined experience in Operations Management, Logistics, Distribution, and Vendor Partnerships
- A love for creative problem solving and comfortable operating within set guardrails.
- You are detail-oriented, but you can also see the big picture and how your work fits in to achieve larger team and company goals.
- You have an obsession with perfection, and you’re open to constructive feedback.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple work streams and priorities.
- Experience in a high-growth, rapid-change environment. You have the ability to operate in ambiguous situations and be flexible as the organization changes and grows - we are a new place every quarter!

The base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $75,000. The base pay offered will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for company performance-based/performance (sales) bonuses and equity.
