About this Role: As the Revenue Growth Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in delivering fast, actionable insights to optimize revenue growth strategies across our 1,700+ Fridge locations. Your focus will be on identifying quick wins and high-impact opportunities through rapid analysis and data-driven decision-making.

This role requires a mix of analytical problem-solving, business acumen, and a strong bias for action. You’ll work cross-functionally with General Management, Operations, and Analytics to continually refine strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and customer engagement. This role is based in our Chicago, IL, office and requires in-person collaboration with our team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze customer purchase behaviors such as purchase frequency, average spend, and product preferences across Fridge locations to inform assortment strategy.
  • Evaluate how supply chain efficiency and inventory management drive revenue, making recommendations that drive optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Provide real-time insights to adjust menu, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Assess the effectiveness of discounts, bundling, and other promotional strategies in driving incremental revenue and customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and refine revenue strategies for continuous improvement.
  • A few projects you might work on:

  • We’re piloting new products at select locations to drive incremental revenue. You’ll rapidly analyze their impact, isolate true demand from cannibalization, and develop a data-driven expansion strategy that maximizes profitability and customer retention.
  • Identify which products perform best across regions, customer segments, and time-of-day patterns to recommend the ideal mix for each location.
  • A promotion is running at select locations— measure the impact of active promotions and determine whether to scale, modify, or discontinue based on data-driven insights.
  • Identify where and why customer drop-offs happen at Fridges. Analyze basket-level data, pricing, and customer behavior to recommend strategies that increase conversion rates
Who You Are:
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in a fast-paced strategy & operations, finance or growth
  • You are an analytical thinker who can provide applicable recommendations out of complex datasets; SQL experience is required
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
  • Experience with real-time data analysis, forecasting, and pricing strategies to support quick decision-making
  • Ability to turn raw data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
  • A natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving, results-driven environment

The base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $105,000. The base pay offered will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for company performance-based/performance (sales) bonuses and equity.
