Farmer’s Fridge makes fruits and vegetables accessible and approachable for everyone. We offer a variety of fresh, healthy, ready-to-eat meals and snacks through our fresh food vending machines, wholesale partners, and our office pantry solution — providing chef-curated meals to customers within seconds. Today, we operate a network of Fridges and partner with clients nationwide in high-foot-traffic areas, such as airports, hospitals, universities, and large office buildings — where there is limited accessibility to fresh, healthy, grab-n-go options.

About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Director to lead and develop our sales team, drive new business, and refine our sales strategy to maximize performance. This role requires a motivator, coach, and strategist—someone who thrives on building high-performing teams, optimizing sales processes, and driving revenue growth.
As the Sales Director, you will:
- Recruit, train, and develop a top-tier sales team focused on acquiring and expanding new business.
- Optimize sales processes to ensure efficiency and drive the extra 10% that sets a great team apart.
- Be a forecasting wizard—accurately predicting sales trends and ensuring targets are consistently hit.
- Lead with a hands-on approach, providing coaching, mentorship, and strategic guidance to maximize individual and team performance.
- Build and maintain key partnerships with food service and vending operators (Compass/Canteen, Aramark, Sodexo) to accelerate market expansion.
- Track key sales metrics, analyze performance data, and report insights to leadership.
- Drive accountability through regular 1:1s, performance evaluations, and clear goal-setting.
- Lead by example—jumping in to prospect, educate, and close deals as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to build, manage, and scale high-performing sales teams.
- Deep expertise in B2B or B2B2C sales, preferably in food service, retail, or vending.
- A hustler’s mindset—you thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to drive results.
- Strong relationship-building skills and high EQ, with a track record of closing deals and forging strategic partnerships.
- Data-driven and process-oriented, with a strong grasp of sales analytics and forecasting.
- Excellent communicator and storyteller, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Up to 50% travel
Total OTE for this role is $200,000. The base pay offered will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.
